This wine is a blend of Carignan, Cinsault, Grenache, and Syrah, creating a refined, structured, and spicy profile. The grapes come from small plots with sandstone soils in Assignan, facing north and west, surrounded by scrublands and aromatic plants like pine, thyme, and rosemary. Each grape variety contributes its unique characteristics: one adds freshness and fruitiness, another brings sweetness, another depth and length, and the last adds distinction and energy.
