Nisshin Seifun Welna Karaage Mix Soy Sauce Flavor is a Japanese fried chicken mix supervised by a Gold Award-winning restaurant in the Karaage Grand Prix. It makes chicken with a crispy outside and juicy inside, flavored with soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and chicken extract. One 100g pack coats about 500g of chicken (around two thighs). Contains wheat, soy, egg, and milk. Basic Instructions: Mix: Stir 100g of flour with 100ml (½ cup) of water. Coat: Add chicken pieces, mix for 30 seconds, then rest for 10 minutes. Fry: Deep-fry at 170–180°C for 3–4 minutes until golden brown.
