Made from Ohio White Pine, this wood entrance reducer is a must have item. Two notches are cut into the sides of the bar. The small cut is for hives that are just starting out; splits, swarms, and packages. A wider notch is useful when the hive builds up enough to start protecting itself but still needs a smaller entrance than the entire entrance.
